PS3 HAN PS3 Han with file manager, is possible?

I see, as far as i know some game mods do work, but only if you replace the files before you repack the backup folder to .pkg
Alot of game translations work fine for example

Last night I tried to install mw2 bus30377, and I tried to install a patch update, and it have mod menu. When I finished installing the three files that generates when repack, I start the game (because Han has already been active since I started the transfer of the game with PKG Linker), it appears black screen and does not start. And I've been following the board that gives the cfw2ofw website

Yeah, mod menus don't always work on han
I don't know why some do work, there's a gta v mod menu pkg that apparently works fine if you install as debug pkg, but most of them either black screen or give an error code
