PSP Psp 1000 (release model 1004 I guess) stuck in pandora battery unbrick

First thing first I bought bricked psp 1000 for dirt cheap, after deep inspection I figured that it's hard bricked and needs pandora battery, then I found that memory card slot doesn't insert the card and ordered the replacement board (wi fi board) after that (waiting and replacing the memory board) it works but the memory card indicator light only flashes once and screen backlight turns on and nothing happens, I tried reformatting the sd card (I used psp tool 0.8 and ark v4) The results are same, am I doing something wrong and I need to do something else?
