PS5 [Question] Who do you think is more powerful and faster depending on specs PS5 or Xbox?

IMHO the system that wins is the one less powerful, This is specially true for non-exclusive games that are capped by design.
It's not cost effective for the studios to make games that will work well in only one system.

In exclusives, Sony wins, no matter if Series X is faster or the same.

Yes thats right Price and exclusives are a key to win, and sony has done that with ps4 and is going to do that with ps5 as well.

Compare the Nintendo Gameboy Specs to a Atari Jaguar Specs...

Which one looks better on paper?

Which one has better games and is more appealing?

Specs only tell a small story and in this case i do not think specs vs specs is comparable because of how those specs are used.

Yes you are right in this moment its very complicated to see who's better yes xbox wins in teraflops but PS5 wins with higher frequency gpu, PS5 wins in SSD speed with 5.5GB/S while xbox has only 2.8GB/S, ps5 wins in memory bandwith and of course ps5 wins in exclusives, and the conference was not even a console reveal it was just for developers, we will see soon the real PS5 reveal.

Ultimately it doesn't really matter, PlayStation vs Xbox.. they are so similar the games look and feel almost identical. It'll come down to personal preference, which exclusives do you want to play, what system do all your friends have so you can online game together.. etc

Personally I usually get both since I like aspects of both.. big thing for me is offset analog sticks.. I don't like PlayStation controller layout which is why I have to use a dongle (cause I don't wanna pay $400 for a ps4 elite controller) when using my ps4 so I can have offset analog sticks, but then as we all know PlayStation has majority of exclusives & Xbox has game pass etc etc..

This isn't like the old days of SNES vs Genesis or PlayStation vs N64.. if you want any kind of major difference you gotta get a Nintendo.
