Guys, i have hardware flasher for NANDs (Teensy++ 2.0 with clip). There's no need to desolder NANDs for me.
So i merge dumps in to one 256MB like littlebalup wrote in this post...

Strange case, after unbrick procedure on CECH-4001C. PS3 boot to XMB but after update to 4.85.1 HFW it hang on 99% and after a few minutes give me 8002F313 error code.

What module are you used? Flasher or dumper?
If youve got dump from previous OFW/CFW their is no big deal with unbricking. Hardware flasher is requere.
