    Replaced the caps and it works now but i think i know why the caps are difrent from factory, i think this console was a dev kit

    Yeah the PS4 is like a whole other world with its whole other problems. (and most PS4 arent even hackable like mine) maybe in the future i might think of hacking it and document everything.
