PS3 Wierd caps on a slim ps3 (CECH-2004A)

I was fixing some of my YLoD PS3 when i noticed that one of them had an unusual capacitor unstead of the NEC/TOKIN, they where from WR (after some searching i think they where actualy WRA but the A wore out) i tought that somebody must've changed it before i opened the PS3 but when i was checking the soldering and everything around it seems that it came like this from the factory.

Has Anybody also found on of these in theyre ps3?

Replaced the caps and it works now but i think i know why the caps are difrent from factory, i think this console was a dev kit
