My bad!! ... Meh... :crushed:
I downloaded a flawed version from archive(dot)midnightchannel(dot)net.
Shame on me for not grabbing the original version from the proper official source!!!
Thanks for your kind help guys! :excitement:
Hey Aldo!! :)
I already tired reinstalling Evilnat, but still NO "PSN Tools".
I went also to the whole process of reverting / downgrading to OFW 4.82, completely wipe PS3, patching with ps3xploit and then install Evilnat... But no luck :sem blush:
I can confirm Evilnat CFW is working in all...
Hello guys!
Title says it all...
Initially I was on Evilnat 4.88.2 and everything was working as expected
Then I installed littlebalup 4.88 DualBoot
(re)installed Evilnat 4.88.2
lost Network Tab > [★ Custom Firmware Tools] > PSN Tools
Any solution? :eek:
Thanks

@bguerville
I always wondered about filesystems support on homebrews scenes (I am speaking of all systems, not only Sony's consoles)... ...
Generally speaking, why devs (thanks to all of devs :love heart: by the way! Respect for you all! :encouragement:) prefer adding custom support...
Thank you @atreyu187
Other than disabling Syscalls, is there something else I should do to prevent my account to be banned?
I'll access PlayStation Store only to purchase / download games, nothing more.
I don't have "high risk" games (Call Of Duty, GTA, and son on...) and I won't be online...
When I try accessing PlayStation Store I get this message:
Is it safe to download it?
What should I do?
I'm accessing PlayStation Network this way:
XMB:
> Network
>> Custom Firmware Tools
>>> PSN Tools
>>>> Disable Syscalls [SYS]
I found a dirty and bad way to "convert" pkg to JB: simply install pkg into RPCS3, then copy the desired game folder from /home/yourusername/.config/rpcs3/dev_hdd0/game/INSTALLEDGAMEFROMPKG
Yep, some USB Attached SCSI chips are weird...
Unfortunately I think there's nothing you can do with that.
Have you tried other File Managers?
For example I found a way to recognize NTFS into multiMAN (I'm on Evilnat 4.88.2 [Cobra 8.3]):
Soft-Disable COBRA
Shutdown PS3
Remove USB
Start PS3...
Hey!
Just in case anyone wonder how to join splitted *.pkg ("copy /b", thank you aldostools! :adoration:) in Linux:
$ cat somefile_00.pkg somefile_01.pkg ... somefile_nn.pkg > somefile.pkg
After joining you can then verify the merged somefile.pkg with PSN PKG Validator and then simply transfer...
