PS4 [TUTORIAL] How to take a NOR backup on every PS4

Yeah you can downgrade back to whatever you had earlier. My program will be able to confirm if you can and show you where to make the patches as well as patch your nor. But you need to dump your syscon. Lots of effort. I'll be making a super basic step by step guide soon enough though.

    PS2 [MX4SIO/SIO2SD] SD Card Adapter and SD-driver for the PS2 SIO2 interface

I must admit this whole MX4SIO thing is really tiresome. When I first got a Bitfunx one (along with a matching memory card) I could not get it to work. It would not show up at all. Then I managed to get it to discover its existence but it would not show any games. I tried different SD cards...

Why has nobody made a program to parse these codes. It seems like everybody struggles with decoding them, even though its incredibly easy.

    PS4 CUH-7215b NOR dump issues

Every flash is unique and not interchangeable, you should know this. Your dump should not be different if you have desoldered it from the board and mounted it on a breakout board, each dump will be the same as the last. The only time the flash would change is if you powered on the console.

    PS4 CUH-7215b NOR dump issues

I suggest you remove the flash from the board and mount it on a breakout board and attach that to a CH341A EEPROM reader. You will get the same dump each time this way guaranteed. Compare the MD5 of each dump to be sure. Check out this old guide I wrote for another forum. THENNN validate with...

0x3C0000 -> 0x1FFFFFF: CoreOS Entropy: 7.97 ✔ CoreOS Alternative Validation: >30 - Too many to list (0x3C0000+) [DANGER] That's not very good. I am basically repeating what I said to CruzinGTO at this point: I suggest you remove the flash from the board and mount it on a breakout board and...
