PS4 CUH-7215b NOR dump issues

Tried dumping my NOR w/CH341a and no two bins are the same. Small variations far down. It's the Spansion FL256LAIF01. I pushed ahead and found it won't erase all the way so I've ordered a replacement.

I desperately need someone's bin to compare! So post if you've got a CUH-7215 7.50-7.51 backup!

BwE I did send in my dump! Don't know if you can share one you've collected.

I suggest you remove the flash from the board and mount it on a breakout board and attach that to a CH341A EEPROM reader. You will get the same dump each time this way guaranteed. Compare the MD5 of each dump to be sure. Check out this old guide I wrote for another forum.

THENNN validate with my program :)

PS: All the mentions of my username on this forum have not worked, I only found this by chance :)

Gave that way a go and same result. Very odd. I tried with another 7215 board with a Winbond and zero issues with that one, reading/writing.

Experimented and indeed found I couldn't use it on my Spansion board. When console plugged in, just gave a solid orange for 10 sec/no power.

I thought maybe with all same specs, but maybe a manufacturer code married.

Every flash is unique and not interchangeable, you should know this.

Your dump should not be different if you have desoldered it from the board and mounted it on a breakout board, each dump will be the same as the last. The only time the flash would change is if you powered on the console.

Yes, I know this. The chip itself is bad, all issues right at the part of the hex where the chip locked. Thank you as your validator and coreos patch does the trick.
