I still have no luck: I installed a new HDD. I went back to CFW 3.55, Installed and ran QAtoggle, then went back to OFW 3.55, then Rebug 4.75 through recovery/safe mode. Still the same problem, anything I install, when I run it, it just goes back to XMB.

What process should I follow? Say I'm back at OFW 3.55 what steps should I do? BTW, I installed a new HDD as well - had to go back to OFW 3.55 to get it working.

Yes it is CFW - When it boots it has the Rebug logo - I then went back to OFW - then the logo was gone, then went back to Rebug.
