Here’s what I found my A01 years later after sending it to Sony. A lightning strike fried it a week after I brought it home December 2006. I sent it in under warranty, got it back and enjoyed it for 6 years. Opened it years later to find this behind the CPU. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What is your ambient temperature in your house/apartment? That can really influence the temps of the CPU and GPU and how hard the fan has to work to maintain your set temp. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
