I played a lot with my ps3 (still open, to have the right pressure) and I had no problems whatsoever. I will tell you guys if something changes, but at the moment I would say that my problem is perfectly resolved !

Yeah, I wont pay for a repair because its too expensive. I will try to modify the cable and see how fast the fan will be if put into the usb port of the PS3. If its too slow I will put it back into the 220v socket.

Yes, i have a hen ps3 and I have webman, but I think that changing the fan speed would only work if its connected to the connector on the mainboard? Right now the ps3 is kept cool, because the fan is connected to a normal 220v socket and the fan spins full speed.
