PS3 Original firmware if Hen is not enabled?

Hi guys,
I have a quick question.
If I don't enable Hen, my PS3 has official firmware right? And therefore I can go into the Playstation store and buy a game. I just need to be sure that Hen is not enabled when I play online to stay out of trouble, right?
Are my thoughts right?

Yes but you left traces of homebrew on disk.

So you mean, that even without Hen enabled, there is a litttle possibility that my psn profile leaves homebrew traces and in the worst case I could be banned by sony?
