coud it be a shorted resistor? The console was never opened before so i dont think the eeprom was writen on if thats how it works not sure. Also the console used to work it just took sometime before it woud boot into system os. Coud the console short it self somehow?

its scph-50004 gh-23 i belive it coud be the bios as the Motherboard does not apere to have been shorted but i dont know how to get to the bios and coud not finde anything on the internet about it.
