i dont think its that, because it isnt hot at all. it doesnt get enough time to heat up, it freezes as soon as i power it on

my ps3 freeezes on the splash screen. ive watched many youtube tutorials on it, i even tried installing new firmware and reseting it multiple times but it didnt help. i dont think the problem is air flow, i clean the vents every once in a while. any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance
