Gex 1 loads, but intro cutscene runs a little fast. Music cut out on options menu, then PS3 froze when I tried to go back to main menu.

There are purple tiles appearing when somebody dies. They seem to be placeholder graphics, because I tested this on my old PC years ago and they didn't appear on that version. But there are no missing files between the PS3 and the PC version. Maybe they are graphic files the PS3 can't display...

Are you using the floppy version or ISO? Floppy works fine for me.

Use snes9x_libretro_ps3.SELF unless the game is running slow, then use snes9x2005_libretro_ps3.SELF. EDIT- use Ozone or RGUI interface for a more old-school look.
