In my case, it gives 80710A06 — SSL error when using HTTPS, and with HTTP it gives 0x80710004: "No buffer was provided in one of the parameters" / CELL_HTTP_ERROR_NO_STRING. It's not the exploit initialization or similiar, it can't event display the main page.

Oh, that’s the reason, many certificates were only added after 4.85. That’s why my Pro mod only supports HFW 4.85+, due to the certificates. On CFW i patched the vsh to support them (4.82+)

Error 80010006 is related to SSL certificates. I think it’s actually the other way around: if you use HTTP for links from GitHub, it will give you this error, HTTPS works just fine. BTW, it's not related but check this out: https://github.com/Evilnat/Cobra-PS3/pull/65
