Okay, with 3.2.1 out now, i can update the mirrors finally. the alternate is linked to from official .me site so both sites will only install 3.2.0 for 4.90 and 3.11 for others right now.

it will take me some time because i am very busy the next few days.
 
updated hen enabler htmls to latest.
added 4.83 offsets to alternate html.
added 4.82 and 4.83 pkgs to alternate.
updated alternate pkgs to 3.2.1.

Thanksgiving 2023 update!

AutoHEN updated to 3.2.2 but still HFW 4.90 only.

old bgta ad noau mod downloads removed.

old 3.1.1 versions of original hen installer and hen auto installer removed. the repos are hidden for now, but i doubt i will update them in the future.
 
Alternate installer updated to HEN 3.5.0. all fw 4.80 and up are still supported.

AutoHEN is not updated for 4.93 yet. i will make it as soon as i have the time.

i will leave the 4.92 and below versions as they are now. you can use them to install hen and then update to latest version using the xmb link or by installing the latest pkg. it takes to long to make so many versions.
 
Hi, I just tried, on 2504B console: first I put two times HFW 4.93 like in Mr Mario's tutorial, but then had issue with the browser, no page works, tried all like DNS, from hotspot, no chance, all the time error "Page cannot be displayed 80710004". In the end I got here to this page, put the 2 files for HFW4.93 on usb, site ps3addict works from the console, hit "HEN Enablers" then that second link, then loads a screen with the Hen green square jumping and after 5 minutes i get error "Hen exploit initialization failed" with a red square rotating. What can I possibly do more?

Same problem, error 80710004, it seems it has been reported in other sites.

Maybe a host problem, i tried to use easyhen and worked fine. Make sure that your USB is FAT32, is located at right, and the files in the root. Also you can try to self-host it.

I don't understand what is exactly the problem. The ps3xploit.me site for HEN auto installer is giving this error? I will test again when I get home, but nothing has been changed since 4.93 release updates. The exploit initialization failed messages are normal and is just a live view of the page finding or not finding stackframe gadgets in memory. That is usually resolved by setting exploit page to home and trying again.

In my case, it gives 80710A06 — SSL error when using HTTPS, and with HTTP it gives 0x80710004: "No buffer was provided in one of the parameters" / CELL_HTTP_ERROR_NO_STRING.

It's not the exploit initialization or similiar, it can't event display the main page.
