So in Ultimate toolbox there is the option to copy the coldboot files from a USB into that directory. So would the correct way to do this be to first enable dev_blind write access and then use that option with the respective files on my USB stick?

I’m trying to use the ultimate toolbox package to change the coldboot back to the OG from early OFW. I extracted the files directly from old OFW pups that I unpacked. So I know the files are legit. The prompts says the files were copied successfully. But I keep getting the normal “PS3” stock...
