    I've desoldered the HDMI IC from the console. The console now boots without 1 minute delay. I'm ordered a replacement chip from AliExpress it will take some time for the chip to arrive. In the meantime I ordered AV cable to check if I'm gonna get the image with the composite output.

    I Believe MN8647091 is shorter. I'm measuring the short on the biggest smd film capacitor near the IC. The rail which goes to pin 4 of the ic is shorted to ground. I did test by pouring 98% alcohol on the chip. When turned on it gets hot in the middle of the ic which can be seen from alcohol...
