Update) I successfully replaced all the components and got... 1.8v out? I tested other points and they're same as the video. Just a line to inductor that should show 2.3v(at least it was 2.3v in the video) is 1.8v. But then again, there's 1.8v AMS1117 mod so I could get away with that? Aaaand...
