ohh, it’s sad that CPU is needed to be resoldered because i don’t have bga rework station.. i thought it will be enough to transplant only nand chips,syscon and other smaller chips which don’t require rework station, so i had a hope to make it work again... thank you very much for your reply...

thank you very much for answers well i bought it for parts from a guy,but he tried to reflow rsx with a heat gun and warped a board, firstly it had green light of death and after heating it had ylod, so i decided that easier would be to buy a working cecha and use it as a donor but i will try...
