Ok, I got the disc to spin after cleaning the motors with some alcohol. Problem now is that the disc spins kinda slow and I get a can't read disc error. Is my laser dead?

Hi y'all, I got 2 Slimline PS2s on facebook marketplace but can't get one of them to read discs. Every time I pop a disc in the drive it just doesn't spin. I've tried pressing down the switch on the power button and the laser moves and turns on and off but the disc won't spin. Also tried another...
