tnx bro, after long night , I found where my problem was ... 750gb hdd what I have, he got 455 bad sectors. checked on HD sentinel, after putting 500 gb back, work like a charm... all what you said to me in your post, I know, because I Hybrid-ed and CFW-ed about more that 300 ps3 :) , and all...

anyone tried upgrade hdd from 500 to 750gb on HEN 4.89 ? in recovery they said that when I put 4.89 HFW , and said that no aplicapable files on usb, I done this hunderd times, first time upgrade hdd on 4.89. tnx and kind regards
