So i have ps3 4k pro mod for a long time but recently a whole file manager option disappears and i can't do anything, so something will happen if i just update the firmware to CFW 4.92 without uninstalling the mod? Like any games/apps will uninstall as well or they will stay as they are?

I have a problem about my ps controller bc i decide to play some games on vita via ps controller using SixaxisPairTool and everytime when i switch to ps3 console it work again but today i leave my ps controller connected to ps vita (i don't switch MAC address) and i want to connect ps controller...
