PS3 PS3 Controller (and others) doesn't work wiressly (or USB)

I have a problem about my ps controller bc i decide to play some games on vita via ps controller using SixaxisPairTool and everytime when i switch to ps3 console it work again but today i leave my ps controller connected to ps vita (i don't switch MAC address) and i want to connect ps controller to PS3 but when i connect via USB and unplug to connect wiressly controller doesn't work only via USB and i don't see battery status like it be an unofficial controller i tried factory reset the controller but its always the same problem. I tried to test my other unofficial controller to try but when i plug it in controller start always reseting and i can't connect (i tried copy PS3 MAC address to test but it same doesn't work)
