I think regardless of the edat or pkg they have to be entitled to you via rap or changing it yourself. You can repack dlc via Repacker as long as you toggle the auto eboot param patching for cfws

Put your rap in /raps folder and use resign all.bat not edatresign . Itll make a pkg for your riff that youre looking for.

Using CFW2OFW with han on the specific title UT3 gives me an error code 8001007 after trying to run. there wasnt a lic.dat in the game, so CFW2OFWHELPER made one, and the game isnt listed on the compatibility list. It has a SPUJOBS.SPRX that some other specific games needed to change that to convert
