PS3 Can't update HAN Toolbox 2.0 to 5.0?

Hey guys, I haven't been in the game for about a month now, getting my life together and whatnot, when recently I found out HAN Toolbox has a 5.0 version now. So since the last version I had was 2.0 I tried updating from that. I installed the signed package but upon rebooting, it still shows up as HAN 2.0 beta. Can someone help me out?

Download han support files again, run HAN installer with those files.

It worked, but I can still see HAN Toolbox 2.0 in the XMB. So it's both HAN Toolbox 5.0 and 2.0. How can I delete 2.0?

in game data under games xmb, delete the toolbox. From v.3+ theyre all named .3 to stack/update without issue.


Also it will appear after a restart just like how a reboot is needed after updating PKG linker's pkglist
-Its safe to delete/reboot and install or delete/install reboot. whatever order you want

Just to mention u don't actually need to to reboot,just logout the user and login again to see the updated package list.

Handy to know cheers. Also booting any game/app will do the same. Basically the XMB (xmls) just needs to be reloaded.
