i am getting 1601 and 1701 when it freeze (sometimes it just freeze, no YLOD), i also get this error when i plug in or unplug in an USB cable. mostly happens while playing games that makes PS3 to work hard (GTA 5, uncharted, etc.)

Again and again. The same thing that i experienced on my slim PS2. The reason was the modchip! In my slim PS2 i had issues with DVD drive and FMCB because of modchip, this time display issues. I opened the console and saw it is very very poorly made. Anyways, it works perfectly now.

SOLVED: The DVD drive's every part is disassembled (only tray was there)

So i bought an SCPH-30004 PS2. It works perfectly but when i press the eject button nothing happens, no sound, nothing. Plus I dont know how to disassemble an SCPH-30004. How can i fix it without going deeper in disassembly.

My original PS2 games are correctly works without scratch.
