Where can I find it?

A theme idea I've had for a while is a OPL 10th Anniversary theme. I think it would be great for people who want to use any version of OPL that they want to while keeping the look of the 10th anniversary. I think that version has the best layout out of all the default OPL themes.

Thank you for the advice. Checked the LibCrypt thing and apparently it's only a problem on RE3. About the compatability modes. How do i enable them on the cheats.txt file? I tried $MODE4 and 6 but i'm not sure if that's the right way.
