DEX HFW 4.84.1 for Testkit (DECH) can only be used for real testkit ( NOT CEX2DEX / Converted Retail unit unless @zecoxao 's method is used with True DEX Leaf ) due to a check in LV1 Loader that bricks retail units.
This has been a thing since DEX OFW 4.30 so be aware..

You can however use DEX DBHFW 4.84.2 for Converted retail kits which I do not think there's much benefit when CFW is available.

HEN 3.2.1 can be used on this firmware.

This one can only be installed over 3.55 OFW [DEX] or any CFW [DEX]

TBH, I don't think there is any benefit of using this firmware when CFW options are available on those Converted Retail Units. I'd only use for development or testing purpose.
