PS1 LibCrypt Patcher v1.1.0

Changes:
* Replace boot file detection code with my own library, lib-enigma. This solves many issues where the patcher would previously crash on certain games, or not detect the game properly.

* Replace internal lib-ppf with my own library, lib-enigma.

* Updated EzRe build system to v1.1.6.

* Mac OS 32 bit intel build for 10.4+.

Changes:

• Implemented new patches for Final Fantasy VIII thanks to @davidmorom (Europe, Spain, and Germany). These patches fix an issue that caused the game to lock up when you need to change to the next disc (this is a game spanning 4 different CD-ROMs). The new patches now work perfect.
• Fixed an issue where patching This Is Football (Europe) crashed the patcher.
• Updated the EzRe build system to version 1.0.7. A Mac OS build is now available and can be compiled from source. RPM package files are now also available for Linux.
• Better arg parsing.
