here's a theme i created in which i aimed to replicate the look of the original ps2 dashboard

tested on opl-db with the following video settings
video mode: ntsc 704x480i @60hz 24bit (hires)
h-pos: -10
v-pos: 0
overscan: 58
widescreen: off
