this new version of the tester app will check support for arcade magicgate (the keys used on system246 right card port) rather than developer magicgate

This brings the following advantages:

• no more need to unplug and replug the cards if they were inserted prior to the test program being launched
• better detection of high quality clones (see below)

A fellow developer made me aware of the existence of some high-quality memory card replicas, which use a castrated version of the firmware from an official card in their controller chip. This card is capable of using developer MagicGate, but does not support arcade MagicGate or unknown MagicGate.

now the program can perform endless tests. just press start to test again, X to go to OSDSYS

A warning has been added inside the program regarding card replug to make sure it works

• tidy text output a bit
• Inform if there may be no card plugged

Initial release had a bug on card auth protocol
