• VCD Convertion: Fixed bug when processing games with only one bin file

• Cheats manager: Aligned checkboxes for POPStarter commands and added custom patches textbox a tooltip to tell the user about what mastercode is required for POPS
• General: Minimal internal changes, source code formatted for my sanitty sake
• Package: Added POPStarter network modules and default settings along a custom icon
