- removed the copying of ELF files since OPL 1036_DB and newer no longer needs this file
- removed the ELF updater
- removed the cfg file generator as this file is not needed since OPL 1036_DB
- removed the ability to rename VCD files automatically to conform with OPL - this should be done in OPL Manager
- artwork folder structure changed so artwork matches the filename
- moved custom paths to the preferences window
