This wLaunchELF build will allow authentification of memory cards without depending on the MechaCon chip of your PS2. thus, allowing the following possibilities, never seen before on the scene:
- Access Developer memory card from retail hardware (eg: TDB-StartUp Card or SCPH-10020T)
- Access Prototype memory card from retail hardware (eg: the special cards used by the EB prototype units)
- Access Arcade security dongle (COH-H10020) from retail hardware
No more need of buying overpriced PS3 MC adapters!!!! just a ps2!
