ban

Hi, sorry if this is a bit of a noob question but yeah, how likely is a ban? From what I've read, it seems safe to use it but I just wanted to make sure as a few months have passed now. I just want to be able to play backups online (w/ no mods) and sync trophies if possible. Thanks!
