Hi, Today I've tried to sell my ps3 slim that had always worked perfectly. I've not used it for about 7 months. It was returned from my customer because it shutted down. Yes, it was... So I cleaned it, reapplied thermal paste two times with tender care... but nothing, cpu is getting 82...

so, i ran some more test with my ps3 slim, is a 25xx, i did a case modding creating a hole of 70mm on the top plate over the fan and put a net and changed the thermal paste over the ihs with some artic mx4 my webman setting is 65 auto with minimum 30 and max 80% so, without the hole i have 59...

one question . ps3 fat may have a higher temperature by cfw or pro mod (rebug rex) because before installing cfw I played 30 minutes and there was no problem. after installing cfw in 5 minutes IN XMB OR GAME it has a temperature of 85 degrees That's why I'm asking because the ps3 turns off at 85...
