A member of PSX-Place, wishing to remain anonymous, has been kind enough to donate a 1-Year PS+ Code (US) to be used as a give away in our 1-Year Anniversary Celebrations. We are always more than happy to give back to such a wonderful community that has given us so much. The member was also kind enough to put together a way to help spread the word about this amazing "Place" so many of us call home. [break].[/break]

It's nice to see a give away like this to celebrate the 1st anniversary of this site. And I hope to see more give-aways in the future... IMO they look more just than the homebrew contests seen in the past.

However, IMHO the prize is not the most adequate... considering that this site is mostly targeted to users with CFW and PSN-plus being an online service that prohibits its access using CFW.

Anyway, congratulations to doctorwho05. I'm sure he will use his prize in a wise way

Also aldostools, those homebrew contests were something of an entirely different nature. This was a simple, fun gave away to help share the word about the site while giving back to a community that gives so much. And while a PS+ card might not have been everyone's top choice, I am glad someone shared it with us to give away to the members. Whatever the prize may be, I too hope to see more prizes and good times

The prize was something that was donated to us. So choosing if the prize was adequate was not really a option in this case. Was just something of value for PlayStation Console owners that the donator did not need and wanted to share it with someone else.

We have more idea's and giveaways planned in the near future.
