In this version of REX (D-REX) there is an updated REBUG Toolbox (v02.02.04), Full COBRA v7.10 Features, Integrated webMAN MOD (v1.41.38 REBUG Edition) and also [break]..[/break]the usual REX Features such as full Cinavia Disabled, Fake Save Owner, Dual LV2 CEX/ DEX Kernel and all the REBUG Features you have loved from previous versions are present. If nothing works then please downgrade your fw to 3.55 then try installing it again.. This is the most well-known recommended method that is guaranteed to work

moreover formatted the HD from the PC and tried to install CFW rebug but has failed, so I had to install the current CFW that tava which is HABIB COBRA 4.70 and then immediately installed the CFW rebug 4.70.

Installed over HABIB 4.70 v1.01 COBRA

Webman is already loaded when you enabled COBRA, it's inside dev_flash, if you want to disable then use toolbox to disable

Yes, 4.70.06 works good, make sure to convert all your game rips to ISO to avoid problems with blackscreen on some games

Installed on ps3 slim and ps3 fat the REX version and is working like a charm

Just got around to installing this on my CECHL02.....
Got the corrupted error trying to update from safe mode.

So I tried to install from XMB which worked fine.
Then I restored file system, rebuilt database, enabled cobra and rebug mode etc and everything seems to be working mint.
Quickly tested a PS2 and a PS3 ISO with no dramas.

note: Installed REX version over the top of darknet 4.70 / cobra 7.03 / ps3mapi 1.20.
Also no ban with PSNPatch 4.70.06 yet

Yep, tryed online and working like a charm, psnpatch and webman is working without any issues. I Recommend disable all plugins of psnpatch before install rebug, then activate rebug mode and cobra in rebug tool box and at the end, activate psnpatch plugin

 

PS2 Improvements Cobra?

Will there be any PS2 Emulator improvements cuz some ps2 games wont work or are very glitchy/unplayable. games like crash twinsanity wont get past the loading screen.
and what a good release 4.70 D-REX Thank you

 

Only $ony can do improvements like this to ps2 emu. If game don't work as classic then not gonna be work as ISO until $ony do something. Is not cobra related.

I have downloaded the firmware twice and tried to install each separate downloaded firmware gets the same error "the data is corrupted. (80029cca)" does anyone have any ideas?

edit: i just tried to download habib 4.70 and it installs correctly.

Happens to me sometimes. Reformat your thumb drive and put back on. Also press eject before pulling out of computer. Works for me

I may be missing something, but is there any way to get gameDATA 10.00 (install pkg's to external HDD) to function properly with Rebug 4.70? It runs fine, but after loading, it never actually switches to USB mode.
