PS3 4.84 HFW PyPS3Checker error

(I have a NAND system btw)
So I did the regular thing. Found that there has been a new patch that allows me to jailbreak 4.84.
Just like all websites suggest, I installed 4.84 HFW twice, went to **ps3xploit.com >Domain no Longer owned by team** (ps3xploit.me =new) in my ps3 while having flash_484.hex in my usb plugged in the ps3.
Flashing was successful, I restarted my ps3
Dumping was successful, I turned off my ps3

I go to pyps3checker and get an error: unable to determine if NAND or EMMC data! Too much corruptions.

What do I do?
 
If you've already rebooted the system after patching and it boots you should be able to install a CFW.
 
You should have patched, dumped then tested all without rebooting to prevent bricking from the patch.
Your system boots so it's okay and should be ready for CFW.
 
I checked his dump. Mystery solved:

He has a CECH-2504B...

So he patched and dumped at wrong address with the NANDs exploits, somewhere in the ram memory (luckily).

He has to check with the minverchk.pup if his console is jailbreak compatible.

Oh wow. I remember how it was so simple with 4.8.2 and the whole jailbreaking process went smooth, but later when sony updated, for some reason I installed the update and was stuck.

Sorry to hear you were having difficulties. Ps3xploit is just as easy and straight forward for 4.84 as it was for 4.82.
Have faith if your console is capable of being downgraded this forum is where all the answers are available.

I know this is a rather old post, but could you too my dump too? I keep on getting the same error, too many corruptions on my pyps3checker, the flash and dump were successful, but whenever I go to install the cfw it just keeps giving me a file is corrupted error too. I tried recovery mode and that doesn't work either.

Hi,
Your dump is bad because you probably used the NAND dumper on a NOR console or something like that.
What is your exact PS3 model? You said "cecha2001" in your mail but that doesn't exist. It's CECHAxx (NAND) or CECH-2001x (NOR).

Its Cech-2001A. I did do the wrong dump I think. I flashed the wrong dump. Is there anyway I could undo this without taking the console apart? It boots up fine, and I can go back to OFW.
