Hi,
Your dump is bad because you probably used the NAND dumper on a NOR console or something like that.
What is your exact PS3 model? You said "cecha2001" in your mail but that doesn't exist. It's CECHAxx (NAND) or CECH-2001x (NOR).
It should return a null-byte dump if he selected the wrong flash memory type. If there is some valid flash data in there then it's probably some other issue.

Hold up. I have another issue. I jailbroke perfectly, but I plugged in my SanDisk cruzer usb and it deleted the cfw update file. I had to go back to hfw, but now when I do the exploit and flash it, it says the exploit works. Now when I go to install, it says no applicable data found. What should I do?
Its Cech-2001A. I did do the wrong dump I think. I flashed the wrong dump. Is there anyway I could undo this without taking the console apart? It boots up fine, and I can go back to OFW.
Yes you made a wrong dump. The file you sent me is 239MB that is dump size from NAND or eMMC consoles. Your console is a NOR and your dump should be 16MB.
That said you flashed nothing otherwise your console would be bricked. And tha't why you can't install a CFW because your NOR is not flashed/patched.
Redo the the process, using the right tools, in the right order.

Yeah, it's probably fragments of VSH/Webkit memory. The dumper works by mounting the flash device, reading each sector into memory and appending that to the output file. If it tries to mount a flash device that doesn't exist, nothing is read into memory so you'll end up with junk.
