Hello guy i'm new to the PSX Place, and have a few questions, i'm on 4.84 Rebug DEX, I got bored of my console and turned it on today for first time in awhile. I got a console ban from downloading some games and not spoofing the correct way I guess. Today I went online and purchased a new CID. And boom unbanned. But my question is I went and started up MW2 a Legit copy and was able to Sign into PSN just fine. Instantly loaded into a game. I also made the mistake of logging in before loading the game and I know a new OFW update just came out but I didn't even get prompted to update or anything and was able to sign in. I'm so confused. My question is should I update my console to a different CFW when there is a new 4.88 CFW and also how can I play online with downloaded and legit games without getting a CID ban. Right now i'm using SEN Enabler, PSN Patch, and PSN Ninja. Also if i do get another cid ban in the future what's the best way to clean traces before getting another one?
