This does not really point towards a FW update being pushed by S@ny. A FW update could come at any time.

Servers are being shut down all over the place on PS3 games. There was no FW update when the Uncharted PS3 servers shutdown or when others have shutdown.

Don't pay any attention to him. If it happens it happens, nothing we can really do about it.

If your worried and your on HEN then make sure you have disabled "Auto Update" in the settings menu and just pay attention to what screens are happening when you boot a game when signed into PSN or when you sign into PSN.

If you see something along the lines of "The System Software needs to be updated" or "The System needs to be updated" then do not accept it. Just pay attention and you should be fine.

On 2 posts to 2 different people you have said "answer me", this is demanding and aggressive, hence the aggressive response form me... as there was no need for the attitude in the first place...
