4.86 rebug installed; Can I create PSN account?

I forgot to create a PSN account/login when I installed CFW. I didn't realize this would create problems with licenses. I don't want to game online or anything. Just wondering if I can connect my ps3 to the internet and create a PSN account on my 4.86 rebug lite without screwing anything up? I turned off automatic update, but I wasn't sure if logging into PSN would require an update or something?

Activate account by Apollo Save Data Tool.

Connecting to SEN require often newest firmware or firmware spoofing. But I do not recommend it. Just forget about SEN on hacked console and You will be safe. There is no need for anything for now besides legal way of retrieving content.

Thanks- all I basically wanted was to be able to handle raps/game archive. looks like apollo can do that. I tried reactpsn, but it doesn't seem to work with newer cfw's. much easier than removing it, upgrading firmware, creating account, then re-jailbreaking.
