Just install dex or d-pex evilnat. You don't have to do anything special.

Whats the difference between dex and d-pex?

Im a bit of a noob in this, do i have to switch to Evilnat or can i just install the latest version of Rebug? ive got some games on my console… Am i gonna loose them if i switch to Evilnat or does everything stay like it is?
Can someone please tell me whats the best thing to do in my situation, im not sure what to install, Evilnat or Rebug. Im reading mixed things about both FW's.
And i need explaining if i switch to Evilnat which version do i have to install (pex or d-pex). I have a Dex console on version 4.82 Rebug.

Only PS3 fat models with semi or full backward PS2 compatibility can play PS2 retail discs. .
I was confused because on OFW the ps2 disc is "greyed out" and it will warn you that this PS3 is not compatible with PS2 games, however, with evilnat it does actuallly attempt to play it (with catastrophic results)

Hi guys I have a problem with the error 8001003a when I try to install any FIX.pkg, I have no problems with other pkg programs, this error only appears when I install FIX.pkg, I tried all the guides on the net, I enabled the dev_blind option, dev_blind also enabled in Multiman, tried both installation from USB and from internal hard disk, can anyone help me solve this problem!.

Sorry, but we won't help with any piracy, "fix" pkgs are usually meant for custom stores that means piracy and it is againt the forum's rules

Check here the rules.

ok, sorry I didn't know about this, but it's not in store FIX anyway.

Try to open/extract the PKG. It may have a mount point for HEN; for example, instead of dev_blind, HEN uses dev_rewrite.

If it is the cause, you can extract the content and manually add to your flash or edit the mount point and repack the pkg.

It seems like too complicated a procedure for me.

Hey everyone! Just two quick questions: If I upgrade my jailbroken ps3 (already running evilnat 4.90), will I lose any system settings like fan profiles etc? I know my games and other data will be kept as-is, I'm only wondering about the cfw settings.

What about updating webmanMOD, will everything remain as-is?

Edit: Apologies if this is not the right thread, but I just saw "Custom Package Manager for CFW Evilnat 4.91.2 - Adds Toggle dev_blind, External bubbles, Install Downloaded Packages stuck in 99%" in the github pages and wanted to also ask what it does. The description it provides is confusing to say the least.

Rest assured, you can update and the settings will be kept.

On which GitHub repo did you see that?. From the title, it seems to be a package manager homebrew.
