40nm RSX capacitors value?

Hi, while attempting my first delid I managed to destroy five capacitors on top of the RSX chip. Does anybody know their values?

Hi, while attempting my first delid I managed to destroy five capacitors on top of the RSX chip. Does anybody know their values?

I delided another RSX and checked the values there. The smaller caps are 0201 22nF, the larger are 0204 100nF.
