PS3 80029519 when installing from the PS Store after HDD change

So I have a PS3 Slim and I replaced my HDD with an SSD. Using hen and multiman I copied over folders like home, exdata and others to keep everything important. But when I tried redownloading anything from the PS Store that I have bought it gives me the 80029519 error.

After looking it up, the error is associated with activating the console, which when I tried doing it also gives me the same error.

I tried a few things like creating a new user and doing it, removing PSN info from xRegistry.sys, rebuilding database, activating using Apollo, nothing has worked.

you need to sign in with the same account you made the psn purchases, and activate the system. Then you should go to your purchases and start downloading each content again so the system creates new licenses for each game you have installed.

You don't need to re-download everything, just start the download and the store will generate the license for it. (then you cancel the rest of the download)

Yeah I've been trying to do that, but I can't because I get this 80029519 error that I'm talking about. Either when trying to activate the system or download a game.
