PS3 8002951E error On HFW

So i installed Red Dead on my ps3 updated it and installed the rap file when i go to play it i get an 8002951E error saying i cant play the game before the start time. and when i wait till the start time it just resets

I have enable han but same error, fix some1?

Ok i fix dont use resigner 3.0 for resigner resign raps file, use 2.0 and works

i tried all of the above , but after all tries it has failed. (I enabled HAN as well...) I still get the eror 8029513 what should i do ?

I think that I have the same thing before. You just need to adjust the date and time settings and make sure that your console is connected to the internet.
